The students of the Arts and Crafts class have been discussing how proud and excited they are about the completion of the Laurelton Community Quilt. When Councilmen Richards of the Laurelton community visited the STEAM for Social Change program, he was very impressed with the final outcome of the quilt. We were all very thrilled that we were able to complete the project by the deadline. The quilt came out to be a great representation of the Laurelton community. All of the students felt proud that they all contributed to this project. The quilt is now displayed at Linden SDA School. It will soon be moved and displayed at the Laurelton library. As the arts and crafts facilitator, I am very proud of all of my students. They have worked extremely hard throughout the year and I always notice their devotion and dedication to each project that is presented to them.
