For the last two weeks of October the students of Linden SDA have been practicing and performing small and large group skits. This has been in acting and writing preparation for the creation of their own short movie. Seventh grade began recording first and is happy to share these two short clips. In the coming weeks sixth grade will have footage to share as well.
DIVAS (Digital Interactive Visual Arts Sciences) for Social Justice aims to bridge the digital divide by combining media literacy and cultural awareness along with a vast understanding of technology to encourage young women in under served communities to pursue careers in computer science and new media.
