The kids are gearing up for another break so I figured we go out with a bang. I spent some time in the gym playing an old school favorite steal the bacon which was a great activity that required cardio. I also spent some time with the older students watching the documentary “What The Health” which talks about the connection of diet to diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart problems. The students were resilient at first but after 5 minutes into the film they were genuinely interested and engaged.
