Stretching to make a difference.

This was my first week with the kids. Upon speaking with them I realized some wanted to play professional sports and to become more athletic. When I told them to warm up and stretch many of them didn’t want to do it/ failed to see the true benefits of stretching everyday whether to play a sport or just to do daily activities. This week was based on dynamic/static stretching as well as communicating and being aware of our surroundings.
