Winding down time! The seventh-graders are wrapping up their final efforts on the designing of printable materials for the 3D printing gym renovation. Now, they are focused on presentation and visual art.
They have been searching for the right wood–one that is pliable and thin to represent the wooden floors. They have ordered filaments, styrafoam, and a large, thin, lightweight Plexiglass case to surround all of the materials/setup.
As for the sixth graders, the progress with the Meccanoid robot is coming along nicely. They finished the chest plate and shoulders, they have started the right leg, and finished both of the eyes. The sixth graders have been working very hard on the production of the Meccanoid.
We’ve started to wrap things up, and the end results are looking very bright.
