FUN WITH WATER

I wonder what would happen if we punctured a hole through a bag filled with water…. A mess, OR not a mess… That is the mystery.

We experimented with polymers to find out how they work. We can’t see them; however, we can certainly see the effects they have when combined with everyday materials, such as colored pencils, plastic baggies, and even balloons.

Soooo…. We blew up a few balloons, dipped bamboo sticks with vegetable oil, then POW!!!STRIKE!!! Bamboo skewers were used to test the polymers in balloons. The same balloons we use at parties. By the reactions on the faces of my children.., what do you think the results were?
